Chiropractic Care

Sports can be very taxing on your body, no matter what you play. We will work with you to get to the root of your problem and help you feel better again. We help treat and also prevent injuries in the neck, back, shoulders, knees, and ankles. We are able to manually adjust your spine, relieving any pain that you are feeling. This will allow your body to function much better after the injury.

It is our goal to restore and also enhance your joint functions while resolving any joint inflammation you may be feeling. Doing so will help to reduce pain. Our hands-on approach to treating your issues will help you recover in the fastest way possible.

Regular visits to see us will help you to recover quickly after your games and training. We are also able to help relieve pain through ice, heat, electric stimulation, and much more. We will check your muscles as well as your spine for imbalances and alleviate tension so that your body works properly rather than being prone to injury.

Massage Therapy

Chiropractic massage therapy focuses on the spine and its relationship to nerves, muscles, and joints in the body. Treatments may localize individual nerve areas that need attention. Care may also be given to promote healing in the body by providing chiropractic massage to multiple areas related to spinal health.

Chiropractic massage offers this combined with medical care for the spine and body as a unit. It seeks to bring healing naturally into the body in a manner that provides intricate care for the smallest portions of us that make us human.

Chiropractic massage lends very well in promoting a general sense of health in the body. It works to train the body to help keep itself well in spite of all that we choose to throw at it in our daily activities. Chiropractic massage therapy works to consider the immediate medical needs of a client, as well as prevent future pain conditions from developing.

Pain Management

HEADACHES & MIGRAINES: It is common for many to treat their headaches with over the counter medications, and some even resort to prescriptions, but too much medication isn’t good for the body long term and can start to throw many things off balance. By assessing your unique situation, we’ll help you figure out the triggers to your headaches and make the necessary changes to keep them under control.

NECK PAIN: The neck’s susceptibility to injury is due in part to biomechanics. Activities and events that affect cervical biomechanics include extended sitting, repetitive movement, accidents, falls and blows to the body or head, normal aging, and everyday wear and tear.

BACK PAIN: There are a variety of causes of back pain. Back pain can be caused by injuries from auto accidents, poor posture, sports-related injuries, and home and work-related injuries. Finding out the cause of your back pain is the first step in getting treatment and relief from it.

SCIATICA: Sciatica is a syndrome, not a specific disorder or condition. This means that sciatica is a collection of signs and symptoms that can be caused by compression of the sciatic nerve (you have a right one and a left one, both exiting your spinal column in the lower back). Sciatic nerve compression can be caused by a number of different things, including a misaligned or narrowed joint, an injured disc, a bony cyst, or a tumor. Sciatica signs and symptoms can range from mild to severe. Sciatica can affect people of all ages, but it’s more common as a person gets older.
